On the plus side the quality of the repair and speed of completion was excellent.The car was very well cleaned inside and out which was much better than you normally get from service dealers.The quality of the courtesy car was very good.
On the minus side although the communication from Solus was excellent,it was very difficult for me to contact Solus.It took a long time for the phone to be answered and a long time to get a response after leaving a voicemail.Also texts from Solus do not indicate that you can't reply to the text.This resulted in me advising of further repair required by text and then following no response I rang to be told that Solus didn't get the text.Also when told the repair was complete Solus advised that the excess was £20 higher than in my policy.This was sorted by me emailing quote me happy and forwarding the reply to Solus.
Overall happy with service.

Wednesbury site, I also got charged at premium rates for replying to texts!!
