“Not happy with length of repair.”

The length of the repair job to my car was outrageously long. I wish I would of been given the option to have got someone more local to do the job. The repair was delayed twice due to silly things that could of been dealt with in the early stages. It was only by luck yesterday that I phoned and asked for a call back I got my car returned. I was told on the phone my car was already programmed on my old keys, but when I got there I was told by the money man 'oh we had to get new keys... I've also noticed on my front bonnett where it's been repaired, there are 8 very faint scratches which needs to be addressed and paint work looks a bit saggy on the front left.
