“Worst Service and customer support”

Lost 4 days from work only to have a car diagnostic at service4service

Confirmed Collection on Monday , waited till 15:00 to tell me that they will better take the car on Tuesday morning , they arrived Tuesday at 16:00 to pick the car

Failing to properly communicate the problem with the car and quoted me at £800 to REPAIR abs pump when on VW dealer a NEW ABS pump is £749

Called each day to have my car back at least 2 times a day , they told me they will check who is dealing with my car and call back right away, after 1 week never received a call back , despite me calling each day asking about the car

After trying to speak with a manager they didn't even knew that the car is still in their Service and told me i will receive a email with the car problem , no one had a clue about anything , this is like a nightmare , i'm still waiting for the car after 8 days only for a diagnostic

This is by far worst car service i dealt with
