My 2007 A4 cabriolet was suffering a number of difficult to identify and resolve faults. The team carried out a very professional diagnosis and effected repairs in great time whilst effectively communicating to me the problems and time scales.

I am very happy with the service provided to me. The new owner is continuing to maintain the high standard of this excellent garage.

After putting my son's Audi S3 in for a timing belt change and being impressed with the customer focus and professional work by Owen and his team, I decided to book my car in for work on my BMW. Again the communication, quality of work and cost were impressive. I will use Owen again and recommend him to my friends.

Have had a number of BMWs serviced at Owen Ferry Automotive. Owen is always prepared to discuss issues raised by the customer or issues arising from a service or MoT and will advise on whether or not these require immediate attention. Also, provides guidance on potential future issues, how these might manifest themselves and what action might be required. Competitively priced (especially compared with BMW main dealerships). So, personalised service and fair pricing - what's not to like?

Have used this garage both for repairs and servicing for a number of years and Owen and his staff are all very helpful .They go out their way with customer service even at short notice :) and always get back to you .I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The workmanship and knowledge they have make me feel completely confident in their work not to mention the fair prices they charge.

I contacted them about a problem with my BMW 1 series h6wdm .owen phoned me back with a comprehensive opinion what the problem was.when I arrived at there works (which was spotless) they were polite and knowledgable and very keen to put me at ease.......

They even checked a couple of small issues that concerned me somewhat,they spent sometime checking out my concerns.

They sorted them out and gave me a full description of what they had checked and done.no charge for this extra service.

They told me what may go wrong and advised on how to go about things if problems ocure.

Well worth checking out if you are looking for a reliable auto service in the paisley area and beyond.they specialise in high end cars,but they also give there attention to other makes,no job or advice too small.

I'm not very clued up when it comes to cars and am often worried in case I am taken for a ride. A family friend recommended Owen Ferry Automotive and now I wouldn't go anywhere else! Owen is fantastic at what he does and was able to explain everything to me, so I felt at ease. I have recommended Owen to many friends and family and have never heard a bad review. Owen's staff are all very pleasant, genuine guys and always willing to help. Best garage around. Wouldn't dream of going else where.

owen and his men have serviced and repaired all of the bmw's over a number of years that i have owned, now i would not let anyone except owen near my pride and joy, my car runs like a dream when owen and the team work on it, even after the first time using this garage the way owen talks to you and explains things you feel like you have known him for years and years, really nice guys who know what they are doing and are totally trustworthy

First class service Owen has serviced many of my cars over the years including vw touareg, Porsche and BMW. His advice is second to none and even pointed me in the right direction to resolve a dispute and have work carried out outside warranty by BMW when he could have taken the work himself.
