I booked for a windscreen to be done I waited the whole day no one turned up I phoned windscreen I was told it was cancelled due to the weather raining. I booked four days later I had a call on the day from windscreen that it's raining IF I take my to the garage he is going to change my windscreen other wise IF I don't it won't get done. I'm paying for it why should I take my car to them I was told by my insurance company that they will do it wherever I am on the day. National windscreen service is very poor I complained to my insurance company I had it done by Auto Glass instead
