Unprofessional & Hopelessly Inept Company

I bought a car from this garage a couple months ago. All seemed ok for one day until I noticed some serious issues with the car;

- The handbrake doesn’t work at all on inclines
- ABS system doesn’t work
- Loud mechanical banging when in motion
- Oil leaks from engine

After weeks pleading with Motorseeker to take the car in to be fixed they reluctantly agreed. I use my car for work and was told it would take only two – three days….. Nine days later after absolutely no contact I managed to get a response and was told the car would be ok to pick up the following day. To my dismay none of the issues had been resolved, not even remotely better. I have no clue what they were doing with my car for nine days.

If you’re thinking of buying a car from this company, don’t, simply don’t. I don’t know how a company can sell a car in good conscious in the state mine was in, and then do nothing about it once the problems were bought to light.

Absolutely disgraceful company.
