Vehicle returned with a broken electric window switch. Had to pay for repair myself after numerous phone calls. Car also returned with empty fuel tank. Had to call out a family member with a petrol can. I had been prewarned about this place so be aware.

Insurer's approved no-fault claim.. Next day received call from Just Cars, and appointment at my convenience made for vehicle inspection, and estimate to be done. Then next day was contacted to arrange a mutually convenient repair date. Did not need a hire car. Car left with minimal delay. 3 days later advised car ready and went to pick up; again at my convenience. Pick up was quick and went smoothly.. Very good customer care by the staff. Will keep the company in mind even for non- insurance work.. 5-year Guarantee

Over-all was very happy with the quality of repair and being kept informed at each stage. There was additional damage discovered and this was dealt by Just Clinics who liaised directly with my insurer without any issues. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service at Stourbridge is excellent. Phone calls every couple of days to keep me updated - important when you need to know how much longer you need the hire car and gauge fueling. They were good to collect my car and liaised with enterprise so I could drop off at the repair centre when I picked up mine. The repair looks good, with a non-standard metallic paint colour being matched perfectly. Only issue, it has taken 3 weeks, would have been more of an issue if my insurance didn't include a courtesy car! Not cheap.

Lincoln have been very good, not only informing me of the repairs and process but also getting the Peugeot Boxer Van back to me. As this was an insurance job I did think that it would be a long time being done but no. Lincoln have got the job done in just three weeks and it is perfect. I cannot tell where the damage was and the paint job is immaculate. I am very well satisfied. Thank you Lincoln.

I thought no way could they repair this van. But they did. I was involved in a big crash on the motorway where a 4x4 driver hit me on my drivers side and the in tire drivers side of the van was just about destroyed. It took about four weeks for the work to be carried out, throughout the process I was informed all the way at every stage of my repair. I got the call to pick up the van thinking that you would be able to tell that they had replaced side of the van, but no no sign at all just like new, even better then before. Well done to all

Well what can I say does Stevie wonder must work in quilty control .my car had many visits to the Banbury branch I've never been so shocked on the workmanship which is supposed to be a place to put you at ease but i was so wrong. and the car going in as a insurance claim you should be ashamed of the poor work quilty. you left me no choice but to report this to trading standards i would not recomend you to anybody you should not be trading anyway good luck in the future if there going to be much of one

Sheffield branch - found them to be very helpful. I was continually kept up to date with my vehicles progress and the hire car was very satisfactory. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and car was clean when collected. Very pleased with the service as a whole.

I took my Vauxhall corsa to JCC in leamington spar Warwickshire, I couldn't have been happier with the service I received for them. My car was picked up, repaired, and dropped back to my address. When I received the car back it was also valeted which topped off the job. They were generally a friendly team of people which I would recommend in the future. Manythanks

The Just Car Clinic at Hull was arranged for us after my wife's car was backed into. The initial contact was prompt and friendly and a date acceptable to me was agreed for the assessor to visit. Assessor arrived as arranged and promptly and efficiently surveyed the car and told me what the probable time frame was. The office again arranged a suitable collection time for our vehicle which was loaded onto a very smart logoed flatbed. Kept informed throughout the process and vehicle delivered back to our home. Recently visited Just Car Clinic in Sheffield. I was required to pay £25 in order to simply get a quote issued for the repair. Foolishly I paid and it came out at £532. I went down the road and was charged just £300 to get the work done! I'm very disappointed with their approach - staff seemed disinterested and they are obviously trying to take advantage of customers. I've used them in the past but feel their current policy of insisting on a fee of £25 just to get a quote is wholly unfair. I won't be using them again whilst this sharp practice is in existence.

Just collected my car after having a set of Alloygators (wheel rim protectors) fitted. Service was up to its usual high standard - very pleased with the product and fitting. Highly recommended
