Worst Garage I've Ever Used

When I moved to Bristol several years ago I was looking for a new car garage that I could trust and that was near to where I lived. It's a big shame that this was the garage I picked, as they're nothing more than *** artists .
From the outside they look very professional and lure you in with promises of good service and low prices. This really isn't the case. I originally took my car to the council for the MOT, and F1 for repairs. When they called me back they alerted me that my whole suspension had been replaced (even though it was only a nut that needed replacing) and that my brake fluid was leaking (which was not mentioned in the original MOT). So apart from replacing items that don't need replacing and charging ridiculously high prices, they even tamper with your car to get more work! After a long phonecall, the original suspension was put back, but their response to the brake fluid was "we can't let you leave our garage until it's fixed". In the end I had to cough up over £500, which I was even told by the council was way too much.
Another thing I noticed when I collected my car were 10 people in the waiting room who also had MOTs performed, which ALL failed and ALL came with a bill over £400!
Definitely avoid at all costs. Thankfully I now use another garage, which is professional and trusting.
