Was good with booking and getting the windscreen in. But the gentleman that come to replace my broken windscreen couldn't re fit my wind wiper. He said he was unable to but I would be compensated or another engineer would come out to resolve the issue with I had no is with and was fine with. After 2 months of trying to solve this problem. I got told oh no sorry we can only apologise as we would leave this up to you. Our guy couldn't undo the bolts. Before calling these out make sure they can leave your car fully equipped. Manager at Croydon was just useless.

Took this windscreen company 2 weeks and 3 appointments to replace my windscreen due to cracking it when installing, then not bothering to order the part they need in 7 days after. Cost me hundreds of pounds in Ubers over this two weeks. Nobody apologised, I had to log a complaint and chase it as they keep choosing to ignore me. Have now offered me TWENTY FIVE POUNDS back, and now ignored me for a further week. DO NOT USE AUTO WINDSCREENS. Overall, a VERY UPSETTING experience. No customer care whatsoever either. I’ve made a massive mistake using this company and am paying the price!! :(

FALSE ADVERTISING Repair carried out on rear screen of vehicle Left car on drained battery damaged alternator and was told get on with it by local branch Costing myself £300 just before Christmas for a technicians error Reported to Insurance company Trading standards DO NOT USE

Terrible service. On telephone for over 30 mins and gave up. Web chat was over 20 mins. Booking cancelled hours before appointment. Had to contact them on 3 separate occasions each time gave up on phone. Very poor service. In an emergency no chance of contact.

Auto windscreens had 3 attempts to fit my windscreen, first attempt smashed in transit rebooked, 2nd attempt the technician did a botch job so he rebooked it himself. 3rd attempt not only ruin paintwork on my car he never sealed correctly so my car is now soaked due to the windscreen leaking and also dirty finger prints in my car. Water running through electrics of the car. Bad workmanship is not the word. Stay well clear. Your insurance company will accept others to do it you may need to just get paperwork filled it to get payment sorted first.

It took 2 weeks to replace the windscreen. When it was finally repaired they broke the linkage arm on my car and deny braking it. My windscreen arms worked before. Two garages have both said the linage arm would take force to break. Plus the garage confirmed they hadn’t screwed my windscreen wipers back on tidy. Now I have to pay £600 to have it repaired. Avoid this company.

Terrible service received. Appointment took weeks to book, and then they cancelled, via text message, 48 hours prior to the appointment date. The following appointment was booked, without my confirmation, for a further two weeks time. So I have lost the use of my only vehicle for a month. Don't bother using the message facility they provide - no one will ever get back to you. I would recommend that this company is avoided at all costs!

I was directed to Auto Windscreens by my insurance company for repair of a broken rear window on a Skoda Fabia. A pretty standard job…or so I thought. I was told by Auto Windscreens that it could be completed within a couple of days. In the end, it took more than two weeks to complete, following four booked appointments, three visits by fitters, two incorrect rear windows, and many phone calls and emails. Each time I chased the job, it felt like I was starting from scratch. I got the impression that there was little or no ongoing awareness of detail or history. The various fitters I met (all of whom were very courteous and helpful) had no clue about the ongoing problems, and one was very dismissive of the staff who book the calls and source the parts. Personally, I will never use this company again. An extremely frustrating experience.

The poor young man arrived at 16.00 for a 12.47-14.47 time slot. After a coffee he assured me that he would be finished in 45mins. 1hr and 45mins later a very stressed soul told me he could make it driveable but due to faulty tools he wasn't able to make it waterproof. Not the end of the world, as his manager would be in touch to book a return visit. 3 days later and still no contact from management... My car is now in the hands of a garage for MOT work and cannot be stored indoors overnight. With all the rain coming down at this time of year I am very concerned about water damage. The lad himself was very pleasant and tried very hard at the end of what must have been a weary day. My only criticism of him was that he handed my car back with shards of broken glass all over the dashboard. A careful wipe would have been a good idea, although easy enough to forget under the pressure he was under.

Got let down on the day of my appointment had the Saturday off work was at there stoke on trent depot for 730 for my 745 appointment technician failed to show nobody was at there unit either on weekends im told if i had missed or would of been late i would of been hit with a 45 pound fee had to get in ontact with there online chat to be told the technician had phoned in if it wasn't for myself getting intouch i would of been waiting ages and its poor customer service there should be something in place to tell your customers of this happens

First of all I booked the windscreen replacement between 8 and 12 o'clock,around 9 I saw on tracking the technician will came between 14:15 and 16:15.No notice for this,I waited until be turned up around 15:00 o'clcok.He then replaced the windscreen then after he left I checked the job,for my shock to see it was fited wrong.On one side is bigger the gap between the glass and A pillar then the other side.Plus he didnt cleaned the mess on the dashboard after replaceing the windscreen.Absolutley guted how can be done a job like this☹

I have had my appointment canceled 4 times due to scratched glass. Company kept promising to order from a different supplier but glass kept being damaged on the day it was due to be installed. Received no phone call prior to my cancellation which caused me to have to take time off work on 4 separate occasions for nothing. Be prepared to be on hold for with customer service for atleast 30 minutes. I can’t believe this company is in business. Please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else! Absolute disaster of company. I would give 5 negative stars if possible.

Technician turned up at my house to fix a chip, didn't bother to call me or attempt to contact me. Apparently, took a look and decided it was a replacement screen after all and left. I had to contact customer service to inform them that no technician turned up. They tried to contact the mobile technician multiple times on the day without success (think he went walkabout...). Finally made an appointment to get a windscreen fitted at one of their depots. Windscreen fitted and now the A/C unit in the car rattles and makes one hell of a noise so trying to get this resolved now! Absolute disaster of a company, poor customer service with extremely long waiting times with incompetent technicians... Wake up and sort yourselves out; might want to revise your 97% satisfaction rate that's repeated while you hang on for customer service.

1 man turned up to renew the windscreen of my classic car - couldnt do it - 2 man job 2 men turned up a week later - couldnt do it - screws corroded in frame - not their job - get garage to drill them out! 2 men turned up 2 weeks later - wrong windscreen took frame away! 1 week later phone call that they couldnt source the screen - my problem 1 week later eventually got my screen and frame back.

It’s been about a week Auto windscreen keep going to sort my windscreen replacement done . Alas ! Such an awful customer service I have never seen before. They will ignore your emails, phone lines always off . Avoid them

Trim on the driver's side of my windscreen bon the outside was left sticking out a lot after I had a new windscreen fitted. I phoned up and they sent out another technician to try and rectify the problem who tried to force the trim back into place leaving it bent out of shape. They are now refusing to fix this issue based on the inspection videos which do not show the affected area in any detail, and the post job video either intentionally or coincidentally pans over it very quickly. I have sent images that actually show the damage to them but they will not accept responsibility.

Had windscreen fitted 1 month ago as was preferred supplier to my insurer the AA, well still waiting for them to refit the windscreen correct and replace trim which was left off .Damaged paintwork to my screen pillar and suggested as it wasn't a new car to brush some touch up over it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

BMW, damaged paint both pillars and door mirror, superglue on bodywork, screen seal not bonded flaps about in wind, sounds like windows are open, broken trim, pieces left on drive, worst experience ever with a car, use at your peril. I am having to drive 150 miles to sort this out back and forward to their depot, will report to trading standards via citizens advice, they should not be allowed to trade and damage peoples cars,they call their operative a technician, muppet would be more accurate I believe.

I took my 22 year old car in yesterday for a new screen and wipers.To my horror when I arrived home and saw the car outside of the workshop I noticed scratched bonnet,two below the screen plus appaling refitment of trims.I phoned,took vehicle back.I was told that videos before and after were taken.I pointed out that in a gloomy workshop they would show nothing.I also pointed out that the marks were below where new wiper blades had been fitted,coincidence?Then told it was my words against his!So now my car that I used to show as it's a rare Celebration 940 as last of line has a been damaged,b if repaired looses it's originality.No reply from head office yet either 24 hours later.
