The guys here were fantastic and I feel they went beyond the call of duty. Repair to my E class which only took 50 mins (windscreen). Nice clean waiting area with TV and drinks. What made the difference for me was that I forgot to remove my sat nav bracket which is stuck on windscreen. They removed , provided a replacement sticky tab and tucked all the sat nav wires behind the trim so it looked tidy ( better than before). I found them friendly and professional and would recommend them. Services: Glass installation, Auto windshield replacement.

Terrible service received. Appointment took weeks to book, and then they cancelled, via text message, 48 hours prior to the appointment date. The following appointment was booked, without my confirmation, for a further two weeks time. So I have lost the use of my only vehicle for a month. Don't bother using the message facility they provide - no one will ever get back to you. I would recommend that this company is avoided at all costs!

My insurer (Budget) provide Auto Windscreens details to book my windscreen replacement, although I couldn’t get an appointment for 5 days the technician did a professional job, was friendly, on time with updates on eta & arrival time. I was notified the day before by email confirming the appointment time. On the day the technician phoned me to in form me of his ETA. He arrived at the stated ETA and carried out the screen repair within about half an hour. A very pleasant man who did a great job. Well done! NO CHARGE as this repair was done through my insurers.

I was originally booked to visit one of Auto Windscreen centre's for a repair. I was called a few days before my appointment to be given a earlier home-appointment due to cancellations. I was worried the damage would get worse during the cold weather plus did not have to travel to the centre in the end so, I was more than happy to accept the earlier home appointment. Damian was polite and quickly carried out the repair. A faultless experience and level of customer service.

Excellent service, everyone that I spoke with via phone, online and in person was very courteous and professional. I had a mobile call out, considering the time of year so close to Christmas, the chap arrived on time, gave good advice before and after the repair was carried out, quick efficient service and professional at all times. I would recommend this company.

Fabulous job. Technician turned up within the time slot given. Explained everything he was going to do and was very helpful with my requests. Would definitely recommend it. The technician was amazing and so was the work he done. It was very quick aswell.

I was directed to Auto Windscreens by my insurance company for repair of a broken rear window on a Skoda Fabia. A pretty standard job…or so I thought. I was told by Auto Windscreens that it could be completed within a couple of days. In the end, it took more than two weeks to complete, following four booked appointments, three visits by fitters, two incorrect rear windows, and many phone calls and emails. Each time I chased the job, it felt like I was starting from scratch. I got the impression that there was little or no ongoing awareness of detail or history. The various fitters I met (all of whom were very courteous and helpful) had no clue about the ongoing problems, and one was very dismissive of the staff who book the calls and source the parts. Personally, I will never use this company again. An extremely frustrating experience.

The poor young man arrived at 16.00 for a 12.47-14.47 time slot. After a coffee he assured me that he would be finished in 45mins. 1hr and 45mins later a very stressed soul told me he could make it driveable but due to faulty tools he wasn't able to make it waterproof. Not the end of the world, as his manager would be in touch to book a return visit. 3 days later and still no contact from management... My car is now in the hands of a garage for MOT work and cannot be stored indoors overnight. With all the rain coming down at this time of year I am very concerned about water damage. The lad himself was very pleasant and tried very hard at the end of what must have been a weary day. My only criticism of him was that he handed my car back with shards of broken glass all over the dashboard. A careful wipe would have been a good idea, although easy enough to forget under the pressure he was under.

Got let down on the day of my appointment had the Saturday off work was at there stoke on trent depot for 730 for my 745 appointment technician failed to show nobody was at there unit either on weekends im told if i had missed or would of been late i would of been hit with a 45 pound fee had to get in ontact with there online chat to be told the technician had phoned in if it wasn't for myself getting intouch i would of been waiting ages and its poor customer service there should be something in place to tell your customers of this happens

Despite weather conditions and operating a mobile service, the fitter was extremely helpful and professional. Moving my appointment from a local centre to a mobile service was no problem at all and only took a short 5-minute telephone call. Everyone I dealt with was happy to help and the entire process was simple and effective.

Plenty of electronic prior communication. Later arrival than expected. Needed to walk down to the road to guide the techician to his destination. Lively courteous technician seemed very young. Turmed out to be most competent and independent , working long hours in very cold conditions. Did exactly what he had explained in the time scale , leaving me with clear final instructions and a sense that he had been thorough. There was nothing I didn't like about the experience. How can small stones be kept off roads. Construction vehicles leaving sites inj winter seem to be major culprits.

Stone chip happened Sunday morning and booked a repair/replacement for today Wednesday. Arrived and the two very nice guys checked the windscreen saying they would attempt a repair but the starburst may spread . We left them too it and a few minutes later received a call to say it had indeed broken . They then replaced the windscreen very efficiently and left the car clean tidy and smelling quite nice, calling me back within the 90 minutes to say it was ready for collection . ADAS was recalibrated and ready to drive away . Cannot speak more highly of the pleasant professional and efficient way this was dealt with . Also a word of thanks to the nice guy at Rochester who responded to my phone enquiries and someone at headquarters who responded to an email very efficiently. Received an email with the receipt and confirmation that the ADAS had been dealt with. 5 star service

Continuous communications from start to finish. On the day of repair, due to bad weather the engineer took my car to the yard to complete the windscreen change in the dry, as weather was stormy at times. Polite and courteous engineer and communicated with me throughout the arrangements for repair etc. Well done
