Stone chip happened Sunday morning and booked a repair/replacement for today Wednesday. Arrived and the two very nice guys checked the windscreen saying they would attempt a repair but the starburst may spread . We left them too it and a few minutes later received a call to say it had indeed broken . They then replaced the windscreen very efficiently and left the car clean tidy and smelling quite nice, calling me back within the 90 minutes to say it was ready for collection . ADAS was recalibrated and ready to drive away . Cannot speak more highly of the pleasant professional and efficient way this was dealt with .

Also a word of thanks to the nice guy at Rochester who responded to my phone enquiries and someone at headquarters who responded to an email very efficiently.

Received an email with the receipt and confirmation that the ADAS had been dealt with.
