Wasn't happy to find out after 15 minutes wait that one of the tyres I had purchased online two weeks previously had been sold and didn't have any stock of the one I had ordered!!!! I was then informed by one of the engineers that I would have to come back on the afternoon or the next day! Thankfully the Manager saw sense and fitted tyres that were slightly more expensive, with no extra cost to me.

Was there for a good 2 hours and unfortunately the coffee machine was broken!

However.... staff were friendly, and I didn't feel uncomfortable waiting in their waiting room
