“poor customer service from whitequay Alfa”

I dont often post reviews but this alfa dealership in Reading must be avoided! My alfa has been in and out of the service department for months! I have had to chase them constantly and they never return calls. I honestly wonder if they have staff that are alfa trained at all. Unfortunately this ruins the entire experience of owning an alfa. I am now at the point where I will take the car elsewhere but that means a 40 mile round trip to the next nearest dealers.

They don't have any body who is Alfa trained as they let go the best Alfa technicians they had. All they have now is a load if idiots that I wouldn't trust with my wheel barrow
