Great sales experience

I recently gave birth to my 4th child and suddenly our current 7 seat x5 just wasn't suitable to fit my growing family. I spent a lot of time researching new cars and decided on the Mercedes benz v class. After an exhaustive amount of calls, requests for test drive's, visits to multiple dealerships I couldn't believe that no one could find me a vehicle to test drive!! There I was ready to spend the best part of £50k and still no one seemed interested in selling me a car and in fact made me feel unimportant when I went to the dealerships to do face to face discussions.

Anyway, after a call to Mercedes benz reading, I finally got in touch with the fantastic sale's executive lorenz who was a refreshing alternative to those I had met previously. Lorenz was top class and within a day had sourced 2 options for mE to test drive and even personally delivered it to my home. If it wasn't for lorenz we definitely would not have proceeded with the sale. He was extremely professional, extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure he offered us the best posdible customer experience. We need more sales guys like lorenz!!! Thank you lorenz for all your help we love our new wheels and its transformed the way we live!
