From my initial enquiry online T Penney was an absolute great person to deal with. Regular emails and calls. All documents and paperwork completed within 4 days and I was accepted for a brand new car :)

Today (7 days) after I first enquiried about a car I left Manchester and made my way to Erith to collect my brand new car. The guys were great too. Went through everything with me showed me how things worked and what to do if I needed help.

The car is fantastic Vauxhall Corsa and drives like a dream. I enjoyed the whole 4 hour journey back to Manchester in my new car. Thrilled with the service is an understatement. I even got a phone call as I was on my way home to see if everything was ok. That’s great customer service.
