I would not even grace this company with a one star but I had no option. We have received absolutely shocking service from them causing nothing but stress, frustration and to be quite frank, anger! We have basically been pushed from pillar to post for a straightforward application for finance to buy a car. We have been required to do pretty much ALL of the admin/calling/PRINTING of documents! We were given false information on which ID's to provide and they even suggested we must go out and BUY a scanner to send them images that we had already provided them with. It has been nothing but a faff. Staff members even cut off their contact numbers so we couldn't get through to them to resolve the issues. This company and it's staff are completely unprofessional and incompetent at providing the service that they are supposed to be 'specialised' in! As a warning to others, just don't go down this route if you can help it. Find another PROFESSIONAL company to work with, we wish we had!
