Applied for £2000 for a car never heard anything back I guess I got refused so angry with this company. Guranteed credit?? DON'T THINK SO!!!!

We applied on a Thursday evening and picked up our new Citroen Picasso a week later (delay by the dealer posting our documents instead of faxing them) ... We dealt with Mark and Dan and nothing was too much trouble. The finance company they used were also excellent and even rushed through the payment to save time and kept in touch via email and phone at all times. I found car finance 2u ltd on the internet whilst trying to arrange a car loan for my daughter.She is 21 with no debt and a full time job,yet was turned down by her own bank immediately! No surprise there!!I looked at a few sites but was drawn to car finance 2u because they clearly stated they could arrange loans for younger and new drivers. Like others, I struggled to obtain mainstream finance. I gave this company a whirl and from the outset, their professionalism, courtesy and patience was top class. I telephoned CarFinance2u & spoke to Dan on the Friday for assistance with finance to purchase my new vehicle. Dan processed all the information and by Monday I signed all the documentation. Ok so I have struggled getting mainstream finance for a car - So gave these a try Yipeeee got it, & ok it's a bit more expensive but we only live once and if you can afford the repayments and you get what you want DO IT ;-) Mainly dealt with Mark but Dan was helpful too, This whole process is done and dusted in days for me 3 days - would of been sooner but the dealer was not very on the ball to say the least! Just don't jump in... make sure you can afford the payments keep within your budget and these guys will help. Fantastic company, dealt with Mark and Dan, communication was excellent, and you can choose a car from any dealer. I couldn't have asked for more, as long as you can get your information to them quickly by email, these guys will deliver, and quickly! I applied on Tuesday evening, on Wednesday morning Mark was straight on to it, I just had to send through some Bank statements, which I pulled straight off Internet banking and emailed through to him, he then went off and did the business with the finance company. Next thing I was out shopping for my car, and you can go to any dealer.Mark was out the office for a few days, but Dan took over seamlessly.

The service we got from Dan was second to none...The information they give you helps you to go and pick your car knowing that you are not going to get ripped off by dealers over pricing the cars.... They dont car how many cars you run through the system and left us feeling very pleased with our purchase.... Thanks for making what is sometimes a very stressful time easy for us. Excellent service from Dan at car finance 2 u. Speedy response to application and questions and finance arranged and paid out within days. All arrangements were made direct to the garage by Dan and all I had to do was pay the deposit and arrange delivery, no extra forms to post or fax etc other than standard proof of identity. Excellent service with a very friendly Dan who kept me informed all along, would highly recommend, and use again.
