Thank you for the customer feedback, it is owrth noting we did see you at 8pm and the funds were cleared in your account by am the following morning. I am sure you will agree that is fast and eficient service.

Due to been laid of my job I was asking them for help. But never excepted my amount I could afford to pay which I proved by giving them my income and outcome but they always wanted more then I paid. Then a reveiw of account was done in which they excpected amounts that they know will take food from my childrens mouths. The thing I want to know is how can I have come to arrangements via email over the 12th and 15th July 2015 yet on the 16th July 2015 some men turned up to take it. Yet I had arranged the day before an amount so last thing I expected was them trying to take car. I received nothing at all no default notice no call about my debt. Are they allowed to do this?
