“Still waiting and no vehicle”

I ordered a vehicle via Lex the end of November 2012 with a due date of mid March 2013. It is now May and still no vehicle... Every time I ask for an update I get a one line response which turns out to be false when the vehicle does not arrive yet again, quite unbelievable really. I have never been offered any feedback without requesting it first even though it is 5 months, yet that's 5 months, since the order was placed and still no vehicle.
I requested details on my right to cancel the order yesterday and was informed via email that it would cost me over £2K, unbelievable again!
Bottom line is I don't want the vehicle any more, the way I feel at the moment it would not bring me any pleasure as I am that naffed off with the way Lex have treated me so far.

That's my story anyway :0(
