Where to start with this shambolic company.
I had both of my cars covered under seperate policys with this mob. They kept trying to take a DD for car 1 2 days before my pay day, which i kept telling them and have in writing. I then asked to cancel my policy with them for Car 1 and now they seemed to cancelled Car 2 Policy aswell without warning. Their customer service is shocking. Car 1 policy premium kept going up month after month, started on 86 a month to 133 a month without warning or reason. They just dont care about their customers one bit and i am actually quite glad they have cancelled car 2 policy. i dont have to deal with them anymore.
