DONT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS PILE OF EXCREMENT

Had paid in full for one years car insurance, then gave the car to someone three months before the insurance ran out, they then send a bill for £395.00 at the end of the insurance, I rang to be told that they automatically renew all insurance, with out asking the person if they wanted to renew, they told me you should have rang and told us you wanted to cancel, after numerous phone calls trying to see the online paperwork which was a blank page, and there terms and conditions, which was also not there, I sent an email to the CEO of Tesco bank, it was obviously beyond him to reply himself, but sent it back to the same imbeciles I had spoken to before, they then send a email stating I only owed them £35.00 for canceling a product I did not what, I told them that No other insurance broker I have dealt with automatically renews your insurance with out asking if you what it, they also threatened to make sure I would not be able to get any Insurance and would hand it over to a debt collector, I don't see the point of trying any more, if your have the same problem then I suggest you email the CEO,
