Used them last year for the first time following a good online quote. First alarm bell sounded when I moved house. The premium went down by £2.36 for the new postcode but, they charged me £25 for changing my address on their system! Second and final alarm bell sounded when I had a text and an email reminding me that my policy was about to expire. Wow.... although I hadn't made a claim, the renewal figure was an increase of 28% !!!!!! Went onto a couple of comparison sites and found a number of companies offering around £150 a year less for the same level of cover. So, THINK TWICE ABOUT RENEWING WITH THIS OUTFIT.
