I received my renewal in the post which i thought was a bit more than i pad last year, after calling up to lapse my policy the agent on the phone discussed my claim with me, i entered the claim (which i had forgotten about being 11 months ago) on to the comparison website and it shot my price up, Swinton were then 5th on the list i called them back and they lowered my renewal price slightly which worked out even cheaper than the top insurer on the comparison website! I also have some cashback coming my way just for renewing with them, should arrive just in time for Christmas!
