Keep Away!

They say they are cheap as are a internet based company. They are cheap because they are as much use a chocolate tea pot!Ive never in my life had such problems with a insurance company. I had a accident that was not my fault. they decided to write the car off even though the damage was not that bad and i should know as run a auto repair garage. They gave me 24hrs to get my belongings. Within the next few hours i found by chance my car had disappeared up to Bristol! I hadn't even signed it over yet as was going to buy it back. I then said i want my car back and was told i had to recover it myself, i asked for my stereo if i didn't buy the car back but was told id have to replace it with another! this is the tip of the iceberg. i then said i want another quote done from my own garage. they told me i had to cover the cost of bringing it back to plymouth. The insurance ombudsman has told me all they have done is really wrong. the quote on my car for the damage instead of being £3000 as they said was actually £700. Half of what was on the quote was not true, they'd doubled up on things etc. I even had a neighbouring garage for a 3rd opinion. I now have a letter telling me my cars ready for collection as repairs have been done! Right hand dont know what the left hands doing in this place!! Thats just the short version!
