I'm not sure if I have been lucky or if Swiftcover are trying to get better than all the bad reviews I saw here, but I got a perfect handling of my accident.
The accident was my fault (not seeing a car and driving into it).
I got some feedback on the progress of my claim almost every day, got an offer for written-off car on day 6, and received £4k in my bank account today, 12 days after the accident.
They estimated the value of my car at exactly the price I was hoping to get (from similar cars on Autotrader and Parker's valuation), so I didn't have to waste time haggling.
The 0871 number was the only thing that annoyed me. A landline (or 0800) number would be better when we need to call from a mobile phone after an accident.
