Highly recommend

This is my second year with this Insurer (my first 2 years of driving), I have only recently read some reviews of them. I will admit, if I read these before I went with them, I would have gone with someone else. However, do not judge a book by it's cover has never applied so much before. I have found the Customer Service to be a brilliant team! Spoken to about 5 of them over the 2 years I've needed to talk to ever talk to them, and each one of them handled my issues politely, helpfully and professionally! I will happily continue to stay with this company. I had a slight issue with a Claim (my only incident very early into driving) and the Claims department were fantastic. Went through everything with me, so helpful. Very friendly! Answered all my questions.

Just recommended a friend to Sainsbury's as their current Insurer is messing her around, I very rarely recommend anything!

Haven't had any disappointments with these guys *touches wood* and hopefully never will.
