Following an minor accident in March 2015 my experience with Saga has been a complete and utter disappointment.

The insurance section was fine but as soon as the claims section took over - nightmare. The matter was overlooked on two occasions, both for a three month period, eventually the was 'lost'. Each time I phoned, I was reassured the matter was being dealt with. Obviously it wasn't.

Lyons Davidson took over Saga Law and promised to complete the matter with haste, however, it is still outstanding. Another phone call to Lyons Davidson today to be told once again that they've not done anything.

I will never use Saga again or recommend them to anybody. Very, very disheartened.
