Unfortunately I found this company gave me a cheap quote through a comparison website GOCompare.com. I paid my 1st instalment of £152.00 and I need to protect my no claim bonus. Some body called me few minutes later and told me my no claim bonus protected and agreed with every thing. Then they send me an email stated I was insured with Ageas insurance. Few days later I got my insurance documents through email and I found I was insured with Equity Red star and my no claim bonus not protected. I phoned them and argued few minutes and I was told they cannot protect my no claim bonus with this company and I want to cancel the policy. But they said I will loose £145.00 to do so. I send an e-mail that I want to cancel the policy 2 days later, but no replay until 14 days cooling off period finished. Then I was told I need to send them a written letter for cancelation and I need to pay another £162.00 to cancel the policy. There is only 2 people working and when you argued anything they simply saying hold on a minute I will pass it to the manager, the manager, supervisor and sales rep sounds like same person. They easily got angry and shout at you when you challenging any of their wrong doing. Even threaten you
