Not until AFTER you pay,do you get message that you are NOT covered,until they call. The call consists of an interrogation,trying to find ANY tiny excuse. £100. out in value. 4 door instead of 5. If you attempt to stop them,or even worse argue with them,they fly into a mini rage!.Then you get the first name treatment like they knew you all you life!,its his manager that is to blame!!!.After they get hold of your money,they don't want to know. Average 15-20min wait on phone, then they put you on hold if you upset them. Emails are Ignored!. Recorded letters result in threats,'cancel your policy,see to it you don't get insurance anywhere!'.
WELL I have had enough. I found a really arrogant guy,Him and I were at it for a week,email after email,he had email squits. Put a lot of stuff on paper,then went in a huff when I thanked him for the evidence!.
If you do get caught by these people TRY to force them to email or wright.
