I had the policy 5 minutes, realised my start date was wrong and social us needed to add commuting too. I needed it to start 29.11.19 but had the 2.12.19. I phoned up and explained this. My payments went up from £223.49 deposit (paid before I realised the human error) to £280.49 and monthly payments from £107.27 to £134.86. I asked to cancel it and was told that will be an £85 charge (even though I only had the policy for 5 minutes) they ran a new policy and charged me £75 for that. I asked if it could be wavered and got put on hold for a few minutes to be told no we cant waver it. Scandalous!!!
