The chap I spoke with was very nice, obviously very skilled and knew his stuff. I would happily speak to him again.
The company procedure of re -asking all questions, took over an hour to set up. I spent long periods of time on hold whilst he spoke with mangers more than once. Some frustrating duplications with questions. I think my date of birth was asked for 4 times..
I like that I could speak to someone by calling, no long winded automation & the member of staff I spoke to was nice.
I didn't like that the overall questionnaire section was VERY intense & as previously mentioned a duplication not only from online application but during the same call.
