I called to query a text I recieved about my car insurance cover I called in to see what documents were needed and I wasn't happy with the information given. Was ad advised that an email would be sent to return documents to the right email address. On the first occasion nothing was sent back so had to call in again. On the second occasion I spoke to the person I dealt with who apologised for the previous call and sent an email straightaway which was great was able to sort and send my documents back to him and was sorted by the next dayThank you so much to the person I dealt with, your customer service was excellent. 10/10.you're a credit to your company.
