I had an accident over a year ago and I am still waiting for payment for my car. They made me an offer which i refused as it was nothing compared to what my car was worth. I sent them backing information of what price similar cars are going for, not once but twice.

I made call to them in June last year when i was told that they were in dispute with the other side and they would let me know the outcome - i am still waiting for this phone call!!!!!

Today i have been told that they have not recieved my evidence and that it is my fault and i should have called them back - great customer service!!!

This is a honest review, never insure with provident insurance or any company that they are the underwriters for.

They are quick enough to take your money but not to pay out - i have been patying a higher insurace as i have an outstanding claim but do they care NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
