following damage to my car by a 3rd party, the car was picked up on the 18th Jan. 8 days later I called the repairer for an update - the car had not been delivered to them. I called privilege last Thursday, Friday and today. they still cant find my car, no calls from their customer service despite my requests.
do not use this company. appalling internal process, appalling customer service.
