had a car written off. brought another one same year lower spec (original car a sport) new car same year and model but lower spec got charged an extra £44 because it was a higher risk according to them, accident was a non fault claim and it took us three phone calls as they initially said the extra £44 was because the other side had not admitted liability, they admitted liability to me in 24hours of the accident by phone, text and email. awful customer service made to feel that we were in the wrong and had to chase them for answers ( different answer depending on who you spoke too). final answer from them was you have no choice and cant cancel insurance as you won't get refund and have to pay £44.
