They automatically renewed a car policy by default, bumping up the premium by £30 for no reason, and taking premium from my credit card. Would not fully refund on protest, told that the car's road fund tax would be automatically cancelled when insurance ended, and that if the car was not immediately SORNED then there would be a £1000 automatic DVLA fine. So they have you by the short and curlies.
Never again, nor their parent group BISL, which I think is behind a number of fronts like the Post Office.
I just hate and despise this bureaucratic way of screwing people.
