This is probably the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with
My vehicle was involved in a rear end shunt and has had to be returned for areas that are not up to standard

Once I eventually got through sometimes waiting over a hour it’s taken 6 weeks for them to arrange collection

It’s been nearly 2 weeks since the vehicle was collected had no update or communication from them and cannot get through to speak or even get onto the live chat

Very frustrating company to deal with

I will happily pay more to move upon my renewal
