Terrible service.
Called OneCall and passed all the security questions and yet not able to answer question if my car policy was paid up to date.
Told to go onto the Chat line or a call another number that, which when calling says "voicemail disabled".
Ironic name OneCall, as it is neither one call nor calling as my insurance policy can only be dealt with through my online account or Chat.
Find an insurance company that you can actually Call and one where staff can either answer the questions or take ownership by putting you through to someone who can.
Highly UNRECOMMENDED...
