Veh change on existing policy was exorbitant, comparison site was£200 cheaper with same broker, took out on line policy, but inputted wrong no claims bonus, apparently I lost 9 years no claims when I went to classic motorcycle policy, one call rang back, to sort it out, sold me another policy, I now seem to have 2 policies!!? One payment taken from PayPal and 1 pending, I don't know what's going on. But operator dd4 was brilliant articulate, reassuring, knowledgeable, but I need this sorting out, I would like to know why I lost 9 years n c discount why I have two policies with 2 poss PayPal payments
