One Call Car Insurance Reviews - onecallinsurance.co.uk Review

Insured a car online 23rd nov, to activate 25th nov miday, called onecall on 24th to tell them policy wasn’t right for me, and I wanted to cancel and was told the by the chat room operator he would cancel/void the policy and that my payment had not been taken, but this is where it gets rather interesting! I checked with my credit card company who tell me different, and say onecall took 2 payments from your credit card, so I called onecall again to ask why they have taken money from my account, the femail operator I spoke to adamantly said they haven’t taken money from my account, and said it was never taken, so back I go to my credit card company, quoting the second onecall operators claims that they never made any charge to my account and that they voided the policy/ payment, so my credit card company is now putting this into dispute with this company onecall, I’m so pleased I took a copy of both transcripts I had with both operators who said they never took any funds from my bank account, this is basically tantamount to fruaudulent behaviour, if this is what happens at the outset with onecall insurance, then I certainly would go buy insurance elsewhere, it’s a case of buyer beware!! I will stick with highly recommended insurance companies from now on, and save myself a lot of unnecessary grief trying to recovered what belongs to me!!! You’ve been warned
