JE3 was very helpful and gave me all the required information clearly although quickly but happy to repeat parts for me. Before I reached him though I was replying to a message which asked me to phone a main number and no clue as to which number on my keypad would access the Retention Department. I ended up with 9 minutes waiting in the wrong queue because of that. The lovely advisor quickly put me to the correct department which was good but I was getting a bit stressed and not sure if I wanted to continue in the maze of choices on your message none of which appeared to refer to my needs! The chat service I first used was good.
