Completed online quote, quick easy to use. Had to phone to get vehicle insured straight away as it told me it can take 2 hours to process. Then passed to 4 different departments before spoke to the right team to deal with enquiry. 30 minute later policy completed. Staff were friendly and easily understood on the phone
