Requested to transfer vehicles on existing policy at 10am 12/6/14, waited all day for underwriter to call back, at 5pm and 5 calls later told to wait overnight with no insurance and someone would call next day. Asked to complain to supervisor and told none were in that day, but one would call next day.
Also told that I would be charged a cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel and go with another insurer. Not sure what I am supposed to do??? Both vehicles identical except I have moved from coupe to estate version.
It's now 1430hrs a day later and nothing! Totally

Hello, did this issue get resloved as these are by far the cheapest insurance I have foind by about 600quid. Thanks
