Took a car insurance policy with them.
After a week, needed to put private plate in car.
Used their online service to notify them of the change. They then sent me an email telling me they didn’t recognise my original car no plate..... the one I’m insured with them using?

Tried 4 times to call them, waiting on the phone for over an hour.

Eventually got through the next day and cancelled the policy due to their appalling service.

Now waiting for my £250 refund. It been 10 days. They are getting another week and one more phone call before I start small Claims court proceedings against them.

Without a doubt, the worst car insurance company I have ever known in 30 years of driving.
