Called me within minutes of applying online, she had excellent manners and friendly conversation. There were no hidden fees and the price was even a tiny bit less than what I was quoted online. The whole process was smooth and short, would definitely use again and recommend to others.

If I had to add a negative, it would be that I was on hold for a bit too long when I called back later.
