I have been with IGO4 for 5 years, even they been more expensive then others and my car insurance was going up every year . They been really good till this year. When I have to make claim it was dialed very quick professional with minimum hassle for me. Some one come to pick up my car and brought rental car to me and then after repair my car was returned to my address in good for me time. Only problem was that after I made a claim, they don't want to protect my no claim bonuses any more. Told me it because I made a claim. And then this year I need to get quote with new address where I moving after 6 days of my new insurance. They told me it not possible until I move to new address WHY? Also it took me 2 days and about 2 hours only try to hold of them. The customer adviser who spoke with me (Saturday) was not interested in me at all, it no meter for him I was their client for 5 years. So I get really upset and decided to leave. When I told him, answer was OK. So their was no problem with this and also all my paper work was send through the same day. So it was no problem with this. All over 5 years it was not to bed. May be once I will be back.

I recently bought a car insurance policy from iGO4 as they were the cheapest on the aggregator. Wasn't sure about it as I hadnt heard of them before. I had to jump through a few hoops, i.e send my driving licence etc to them. I had to make a couple of changes on Monday as I am going on holiday tomorrow. Their staff was very helpful with all of the changes and I was able to get all my documents online.
