awful! Charged me £140 without telling me, and charnged me an extra £25 for taking £140 out of my bank account without notice. Awful company will be paying £100 more next insurance renewal to change company. The reason hastings give cheap quotes is because they rip you off when you need to alter things / have not declared things e.g. having a 10 hours a week part time job so they charged me £140 even though i dont drive to work.... I'm a uni student and cant afford to pay this stuff.
