I absolutely agree with the reviews here. I wish I listened before taking out amd insurance policy with them. He was correct there is so many organisations involved you loose tack who you spoke with.
They dont liaise with each other, the policy was under my sisters name i had to get my sister to call each one and give authority for me to speak. The phone line is always down they answer them put the phone down on you after hours of waiting. The customer service is terrible the staff either aren’t trained appropriately or dont have clue what they are talking about. They all say different requirements when i say the persons name i was speaking too they say we dont have amyone by that name. Never will we purchase an insurance policy from these services.

Wiuld rather go with direct line or company where they take their customers seriously and with respect
