Diamond may have cheaper policy rates but claiming is a nightmare. We were driven into last week (other driven at fault and we have witnesses etc)and we have spent close to 4 hours on the phone to Diamond and their lawyers, etc just to get our car taken for assessment and to get a replacement hire car. Very very long winded claim process and expensive spending so much time on the phone. All the staff have been very friendly but I would prefer a simpler less time consuming process.
