15/8/11 switched to Diamond because of price. It was promised that Certificate and welcome pack would be sent in 3/5 days. Nothing received; telephone 24/8; told that details had been sent, but must have been lost in the post. Further details promised, again in 3/5 days. 30/8. Nothing received. Telephoned again - "oh yes, it will come tomorrow." 31/8 (to-day) still nothing received. Copy of Certificate WAS sent by email on 24/8, but this corrupted computer every time I tried to print or download. Am now really worried that this Company is totally inefficient, and devious as well. Cannot recommend them.
